The rooms here are big, modern, with heating, a TV, and a comfy sitting area.

Staff were very friendly and helpful when there. However I had specifically requested a quiet room when booking on Booked.net and mentioned that on arrival, yet they put me in a room 1st floor over the entrance of hotel which was v noisy internally and externally

Very noisy room! Noises from toilet (may be plumbing problem) and a constant loud noise from the fridge (was not the aircon) so had to wear earplugs! Also the dinner plate they gave me to heat food in microwave didn't fit in so was v awkward. I've travelled alot and this is an over priced 3 star hotel although it was labour weekend.

Conveniently situated next to the Museum of Sonoma County, which is a great added bonus for guests who enjoy exploring cultural sites 🏛️. The location was spot on for my needs, and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

no hot water in room, no water pressure in room, we couldnt even take showers while we were there, absolutely horrible... terrible food that is microwaved, open the kitchen cook real breakfast we didnt even eat it was so bad...

I like the location, but when I went to upgrade my room to what I thought I had already booked, I was way overcharged.

This hotel is very noisy. I could not sleep from 6 am and on. Doors closing and banging on the walls was horrible.

Our double room was pretty spacious with comfy beds 🛏️. We appreciated having access to the wake-up service, which worked well. The daily housekeeping service was top-notch.

Access to downtown and the bike path were excellent. They are right on the bike path! Nice bistro for coffee and meals. Loved the potstickers.

The wines were just not happening. Being in the heart of wine country and surrounded by really great vineyards, I expected better wines at happy hour. Maybe you guys could partner with a vineyard for your happy hours. There are just to many good vineyards near Santa Rosa to have such a poor selection of wines....

The place was spotless. The staff was extremely friendly and always there to help. Our room was spacious. The location in Santa Rosa was excellent, close to restaurants and wineries. It was lucky that Flying Goat Coffee was nearby – we had pastries there when it was cold outside.

The staff was lovely, attentive, and helpful. Room was very, very clean and comfortable. I felt very welcome while I was there. I had some printing to do for a memorial service that I was attending, so the printer worked great and was free. GREAT PERK!

Free coffee is appreciated and pretty much expected at most hotels, including the competitors where I sometimes stay. Free breakfast would be nice too--just some bagels, a couple of muffins is all that is needed. Otherwise, nothing is free as far as a quick snack and coffee goes.

The staff is pleasant and ensures you have a great time during your stay.

The breakfast offered good choice of decent meals.
